SiteIntel is an AI-powered feasibility intelligence platform that generates lender-ready reports in 10 minutes. We analyze zoning, flood zones, utilities, demographics, and environmental risk from 15+ verified government sources.
How is this different from traditional feasibility studies?
Traditional consultants charge $10K-$25K and take 4-6 weeks. SiteIntel delivers the same data for $999 in 10 minutes by automating data collection from FEMA, ArcGIS, TxDOT, EPA, and Census APIs.

Data & Accuracy
Where does your data come from?
We pull data directly from government APIs: FEMA (flood zones), county GIS (zoning), TxDOT (traffic), EPA ECHO (environmental), Census ACS (demographics), and local utility providers. Every data point is cited and traceable.
How accurate are your reports?
Our reports use the same data sources as traditional consultants. The difference is automation. We update data in real-time from source APIs, so you always get the latest information.
Do you verify data manually?
Our AI cross-references multiple sources for validation. For critical decisions, we recommend confirming key findings (like specific zoning restrictions) with local planning departments.
How often is data updated?
Data freshness varies by source. FEMA updates quarterly, Census annually, zoning as municipalities publish. We show data timestamps on every report.
Pricing & Billing
How much does a report cost?
Full reports are $999 each. QuickCheck analysis is free. Pro subscriptions start at $1,950/month and include 5 reports plus API access.
Is there a subscription required?
No. You can purchase individual reports on-demand. Subscriptions are optional for developers who need multiple reports per month.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards via Stripe. Pro subscribers can request NET-30 invoicing.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you're not satisfied with your report, contact us within 7 days for a full refund.
Lender Acceptance
Do lenders accept SiteIntel reports?
Yes. Our reports are formatted to meet lender requirements and include all standard feasibility sections: executive summary, zoning, flood, utilities, demographics, and risk analysis. Many Texas lenders already accept SiteIntel reports.
Can I customize reports for lender requirements?
Pro subscribers can add custom sections, logos, and disclaimers. Contact sales for white-label options.
Do you provide flood elevation certificates?
We provide FEMA flood zone data and base flood elevation (BFE). For official elevation certificates required by lenders, you'll need a licensed surveyor.
Coverage & Availability
What states do you cover?
Currently, we focus on Texas with deep integrations into TxDOT, county GIS, and local utilities. We're expanding to other states in 2026.
Do you cover rural properties?
Yes, but data availability varies. Rural areas may lack detailed zoning or utility data. Our QuickCheck tool will show data availability before you purchase.
Can I analyze multiple properties at once?
Pro subscribers get batch processing and API access. Contact sales for volume pricing.
Technical
Do you offer an API?
Yes. Pro subscribers get REST API access with OData endpoints. See our API documentation for details.
Can I export data to Excel?
Yes. All reports can be exported as PDF, CSV, or JSON.
Do you integrate with Salesforce or HubSpot?
Not yet, but it's on our roadmap. Pro subscribers can use our API to build custom integrations.
