Our Story
SiteIntel was born from frustration. As developers ourselves, we watched deals slip away because feasibility took too long. We paid consultants $15,000 for reports that arrived 6 weeks later—often after the property was under contract to someone else.
We realized the data already existed. FEMA flood maps, zoning ordinances, utility maps, traffic counts, demographics—it was all public. The problem was aggregation. No single platform brought it together in a format lenders and investors could use.
So we built SiteIntel. We started in Texas, where development is fast-paced and data quality is high. We integrated directly with TxDOT, county CAD systems, FEMA's OpenFEMA API, EPA ECHO, Census ACS via BigQuery, and local GIS layers.
